perfect location with perks
helpful team dinner suggestions excellent location comfortable beds
the team at the reception was very helpful especially vanessa she assisted with dinner reservations i found their suggestions very good too they also helped with restaurant reservations the location of the hotel is excellent a subway stop is just outside the hotel the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and pillows i requested a twin room for my children and the staff immediately arranged it for me. i liked the open buffet in the evening it was included in the price and very rich all drinks were of good quality the buffet staff are friendly and helpful.
the elevators could use some attention i experienced occasional delays while waiting for them i believe they were undergoing upgrades but the process seemed slow nevertheless it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience.

slow elevators peeling wallpaper
The elevators were SO slow. It seemed like I waited forever. It stopped at every floor. The bar in the lobby area was unmanned making it feel unwelcoming. The peeling wallpaper. It definitely wasn't the luxury experience I expected.

the location was central, convenient to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a very nice variety of choices. i found the evening happy hour a good bonus, complete with snacks and drinks. the staff was pleasant, always available to help with requests.
The elevator service could be slow. I experienced delays reaching my floor. sometimes, the wait was quite long, especially during peak hours. this could be frustrating when i had appointments.

The location is excellent. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The evening reception was a definite plus. Staff members were always available to assist with requests. I appreciated the convenience of having refreshments available throughout the day. That was really nice!!!
