The elevators were SO slow. It reminded me of I waited forever. It stopped at every floor. The bar in the lobby area was unmanned making it feel unwelcoming. The peeling wallpaper. It definitely wasn't the luxury experience I expected.

the location was definitely convenient. a subway station was close to the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i found the breakfast to be adequate.

The elevator service could be slow. I experienced delays reaching my floor. sometimes, the wait was quite long, especially during peak hours. this could be frustrating when i had appointments.
